US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has removed the names of every person of colour and every woman from a list of notable Americans buried at Arlington National Cemetery, including Gen. Colin Powell, the 65th US Secretary of State, and the man who led Desert Shield and Desert Storm to free Kuwait.
