By forcing us to take a lunch, we are essentially being forced to work 9-hour days with one unpaid hour.

Everytime I hear "9 to 5" or a similar reference in old songs, shows, and films. I'm reminded that many of us have been 8:30-5 or 8 to 5 since Reagan and lunch hasn't been paid time ever.
