In terms of doomscrolling potential, my Bsky feed is now just as terrible as what Twitter used to be. I guess you just can’t escape the current state of the world.

Same. Despite following very few political accounts my feed is dominated by political stuff (at a far higher ratio than Twitter). At least (in theory) I have more control over it by way of feeds.
I'm working on setting that up so I can toggle it and cut out doom scrolling.
