Hoping my Germanophone connections can help clear this up. In Prof. Siegbert Uhlig's "Äthiopische Paläographie", describes a mark as "Zitationszeichen", Google translates this as "citation mark". In his "Introduction to Ethiopian Paleography" the term is "question mark" -is this a mistranslation?
