I had a co-worker years ago who had Bell's Palsy. I thought she'd been to the dentist and gotten frozen face and she told me what happened. It did go away in time. Hope the same for you!!

Had it right after covid a couple of years ago. Since I had to wear an eye patch, taught my students about ancient Roman pirates (I'm a Latin teacher). Make lemonade when the opportunity presents itself!

This happened to me one year right before thanksgiving! My doc said stress can bring it on. Take care of yourself and see a physical therapist to make sure both sides of your face are the same after.

I had Bell’s Palsy 2 years ago. Turned out to originate at a pinched nerve in my neck. Facial/cranial massage, neck massage, lots of stretching, including my jaw, kinesiology tape and a towel roll under my neck for 5 minutes 2x a day shortened the time it took to go away.
