I am not anti-vax. I am not for the current schedule. I broke up shots for my son. I never did the schedule and fought drs who did. Appreciated pediatricians who respected how l felt. I am not against a look at the schedule. I am not for terminating vaccines. I doubt RFK will get anything done.

I grew up in the 40’s and 50’s. I got the measles, scarlet fever, and mumps. Vaccines for these were not available until I was grown. I remember how sick I was, and my parent’s fear they, and polio, would cause serious lasting harm. I am thankful I could vaccinate my children against all of these!

Inequality and democracy are incompatible on 2 counts: 1) a democracy is a society of equal citizens in rights and decision power, which does not happen under extreme economic inequality, and 2) citizens need enough grasp of things, which asks for decent living standards.
