@msnbc.com It’s my opinion that the issue with the use of cell phones among the youth could be a lack of real parenting. Why buy an iPhone for your child who’s under 16? If you were to buy a cell phone there are parental controls. Why subject your teen to bullying & jealousy? Talking is key.
