When you mention ergo mice, do you mean those vertical ones like the Logitech Lift or MX Vertical? Doesn't seem like there is one like those with a gaming focused sensor, the only one that sort of fits the bill is the Keychron M6, similar to a MX Master. Bit of an untapped market, really.

Yeah like vertical mouse. I actually own both the Lift and MX Vertical, and they're amazing for non-gaming use. But they're not suited to gaming very well.

One of those with a proper gaming sensor and great wireless would be incredible. With all the strange, niche stuff I see on /r/mousereview it's a shame no brand has attempted to make one in that style.

If you re about to respond to this post with "Why not a trackball?" or something similar - trackballs hurt my hand even faster than normal mice do. I've tried them.

It's the particular types of hand movements - they cause pain due to the damage in my joints. Same reason I dislike trackpads.

Well like a standard mouse has you move your arm, where as a touchpad / trackball has you flick your wrist. If your wrist is damaged, that can really hurt. Or if your small joints are damaged, that will hurt them over excessive use. So the mouse ends up easier to use overtime, oddly.

I've heard of Ablegamers before, but I've never felt confident reaching out because there are still some games I can play with standard controllers. Sometimes, at least. Plus, I have health issues that limit my ability to play games beyond just just the controller.
