Both Chambers of Congress will be controlled by Republicans. Any such proposal to eventually succeed depends on MAGA GOP voting to disqualify Trump and SCOTUS instantly reversing itself, which will not happen. Even then, who becomes President? Vance? Johnson? Not a viable path IMHO.
