Whether consciously ripped off or not, it was ripped off. And it wasn’t a chord progression, it was the melody. The first time I heard it, I recognised the tune—it was so note for note, I thought it was a cover. Regardless, I’m a big fan of Radiohead, so no need to go on the attack.
