i can already see that building a desktop with a cat is going to be a challenge. xena will unfortunately probably need to be contained when i do get around to it properly to spare the computer cables - ThreadSky

yeah I built my last PC on the kitchen counter where my cat knew she was not allowed to go, so that helped. dont know if xena has any invisible walls for herself in your space but if not may have to lock her up, cat hair is not good for a computer

yeah for now my computer parts are just stored in my hallway closet, i think my best course of action is just prodding my uncle/cousin who have both done this before for help with this lol

they have a cat as well but she's a bit older and less crazy than my gremlin

actually i realized i can probably convince my uncle/cousin to help me with some pizza/beer as payment and just take my parts to their place, advantages of living close to family again

update; successfully bribed my uncle with the promise of beer/pizza, we'll be building it after thanksgiving since ill be out west for sacramento and a thanksgiving trip woooo
