My prediction is that they'll use BotW as an example of how games can be enhanced on Switch 2. I do expect some other Zelda announcement in 2025, but it may happen down the line, like a teaser or something to start the hype cycle.

At this point I'd rather have fully new remasters of these games for Switch 2. I think there's plenty of room for improvement over the Wii U ones, I would've been good with simple ports of those early on, but after 12 years I'd prefer a new take.

I want both of these things to happen… I feel like the best we can hope for is a new port. And I agree—with the CC crew—the oracle games are hideous. 😂
