I raised the price for the Fallen pdf from $10 to $15
I still think that's a reasonable price, but very much a "sign of the times" move... sorry

But I struggle with similar type stuff. I wrote about sports for a few decent sites for a stretch, and I hated self promotion - I always felt selfish, even though I shouldn't have.
And people will spend money on a good product!
people aren't obliged for your work for free.
I like not spending money, but I do think that most people in the TTRPG space charge less than they could
Free zines are cool but should never be expected IMHO
Which means doing other work. Lot's of questions.
You can pretty easily play only free games and play some pretty good ones if paying is an issue so I wouldn't worry about it. I think a lot of the people doing non commercial stuff have a day job
