My Baystate primary care doctor reiterated, at my most recent appointment that "braces don't matter." (I was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome-Hypermobile. I've been with this Baystate practice for nearly 4 years) I'm open to advice re: what to say to the practice manager in my complaint.

I was sent to physical therapy 2 yrs ago; ended up with a limp that lasted 3 months (& no braces). The physical therapist finally said "you should see a specialist," but my doc (Baystate Northampton MA) routinely ignores specialist recommendations.
