Bungie has the cinematics. The PLAINTIFF doesn't have them. What's easier, providing a YouTube link so you can enter it as evidence, or subpoenaing Bungie for the original cinematics? Rub two brain cells together please I beg

I mean, if they don't mind not being taken seriously in court, then what they did is completely fine. It seems they don't and got people agreeing that sounding stupid is a better option... That's internet for you, I guess
If Bungie has all the cinematics, then why did they submit someone else's video called "Destiny 2: The Red War All Cutscenes (Season 1)" ? Bungie's lawyers even said "the attached videos are the best possible way for the Court to review the accused work." That tells me they don't have any of that
