They need your vote - you obviously don’t have to vote for them but they do not know that you are not supporting them
I write /call Reps and Senators from any state -and let them know that I am on several activist groups whose members include his/her constituents

I did it anyway, I was just noting that as Tennessee is a DEEP RED MAGA state and gerrymandered to hell and back to make sure of it, they don't really NEED my vote, because their supporters outweigh voices like mine by a billion degrees.

You need to call. Many senators have a voicemail box that you can navigate to from their phone menu, though I’m not sure how often those get listened to.

I have phone anxiety. I hate it! But this took me under two minutes. I talked to one intern at Sen. Maria Cantwell's office, and a voicemail inbox for Sen. Patty Murray.
