Gen Z Beatles fans feel way more appreciative of the group than Gen X/millennial Beatles fans and that's because they didn't have boomer parents trying to force them on to them.

Boomers passed down all the bad Beatles takes like Ringo being a bad drummer or the experimental or "novelty" songs being trash and with fresher ears the younger generations don't have to fall for the memes anymore
The way I got into The Beatles was interesting. My parents didn't force them on me, but my sister got super into them, to the point of buying Yellow Submarine on VHS. And I ended up watching that tape more than her because I was mesmerized by the visuals as much as I was the music.
every millennial is like "they're good but they're not thaaaaat good" and every zoomer realized that those guys are stupid and they are actually that good
huh, didn't know about that (oh hey, that might be where I lump in, with the "way more appreciative")
gosh... like forcing the beatles or any other music groups or musicians is like a bon fide way of getting one to hate the music cause of you and not like it cause you're making them like it
My parents weren't Beatles fans so I didn't get that hovered over me. But I did grow up in the era where they were still getting a lot of media coverage as "the most important band" and that's a reputation I didn't really comprehend up until my 20s.
