yeah lead sucks but also calling <3x the prop 65 MADL "poison" is misleading. you could eat 300oz of the worst chocolate every day for your entire life and still be well below the NOEL (no observable effect level) for both lead and cadmium because of how conservative prop 65's safety margins are.
