Maybe unpopular opinion but if you own a venue and you are not the fc leader that the venue belongs to.. that can be a problem if the fc leader goes nuclear. I’m talking from experience but also bc I heard a venue just got nuked bc the fc leader kicked everyone out and destroyed the fc house.
