big thing i'm looking at is again we haven't had a penalty - i think we might only have had 1 last season - why and how does a side who attack so much not get penalties?!

It’s not a conspiracy if the stats say it’s real.
The eye test last year - Son was butchered every time he got the ball and rarely got a free let alone a penalty
Our attacking play is more pass focused than dribbly, which means that opponents might tackle us a lot outside the box (where at worst it's a card for them) but don't need to tackle much in the box, where they can just cut out passes with bodies 1/2
This is another area where a "dribbly winger" might help, as they can force more dangled feet to fall over and get those sweet sweet pens

If we had gotten those, our pens still wouldn't have lined up with our ranking for touches in opponent box and fouls against us, which I think is down to play style.
