The funny thing is the team Liverpool put out that lost to Argyle today is not far off what their best 11 would look like if they had the equivalent of Spurs' injuries.

Son has been off it, yeah. But defenses should indeed be scared because we’ve scored the 3rd most goals in the Premier League. But it doesn’t help that 22 of our 48 goals are injured.
Yeah I actually looked at that afterwards and I hadn't realised you had scored so many or that Villa in 8th had conceded just as many as you when your defence has been ravaged this season.
Barry on football weekly pointed out that slot’s availability record for players was above 90/95% at feyenoord. Which was something Liverpool looked for. So it’s unfortunately a redundant point. Something about his style or training wears on players less than Ange’s.
Only goes against Spurs’ own injury record. Whether that’s luck, players, training, medical team or style. The counterfactual for Liverpool is redundant. Something about Arne’s mgmt leads to availability. Like I said it was part of the recruitment process apparently.
I don't think you can compare the physical demands at Feyenoord to the Premier League. Nor can you draw causal conclusions about Slot actively *not* causing injury, just as you can't about Ange causing injury.
I’m so glad they lost. Plymouth defended resolutely, but played some nice footie going forward too. But on that performance Liverpool wouldn’t be top of PL or CL playing that team for 3months!

It's obviously more than just bad luck.
As an outsider looking in, would it be fair to say Son has been a star but that star is dimming now?
Spurs don't have enough upfront to really scare defences. Richarlison is what he is but he's not the level Spurs need.
Fine lines indeed!
That's how the press would talk about it if it were Spurs.
