No. And the reason is in the first part of your statement. What tactical tweaks are you going to make when you're not even able to train? And then how are you going to make up the energy and profile deficits tactically? There's no magic. Take first half tweaks against Everton as example. ...

He does try things and make tweaks, but tweaks don't do anything. There's no way to make up the training, energy, and player profile deficits.

This from the Athletic. At a minimum it shows Ange has been looking for ways to adapt to the different players we’ve had available and game state. People say there’s no adaptation without realizing there is possibly too much, certainly more than we would see without the injuries.

It’s a really good point.

Have a look at Nottingham Forest under Nuno though - he’s got the most adaptable squad in the PL.

Ange has always said he’d love to have 10 interchangeable outfielders in his squad.

Forrest do stand out. The article explained that the chart mostly reflects Nuno going to a back 5 to hold a lead. So it’s the amount of times a team shape changed in game not number of formations used. No detail behind numbers for spurs but feels like this is more change than Ange would want ideally
