Lately, my go-to drink is equal parts Pathfinder and shikuwasa juice, stirred and poured over a giant ice cube in a rocks glass. Pathfinder’s deep, herbal bitterness and spice meet shikuwasa’s tart, electric citrus.I love it but can’t handle more than two due to the intense acidity of the shikuwasa!
