I only work with ipad old gen. I sit very unergonomically on my sofa. I think a desk would help at some point as a work space tho

Oooof yeah. 10/10 can recommend a desk set-up. Not just for your body, but also to enable you to separate work and leisure. That's super important!

I hope once we are able to move to get a... working space at least. Right now it's impossible. All my shop supplies are in the living room shelves

I have a 13” iPad Pro and there’s times I wish I had like a 15-17” version, I’ve seen some of the big pro screen tablets and don’t think I could handle it. But also I just sit on the couch and draw, I’m not a desk person

😬 Yeah I do something similar, and I try to go for long walks several times a day but... I still feel it in my back sometimes (and I'm a desk mouse)

I’m not sure what your setup is like but getting a monitor arm and a taller chair helped me with this problem by like a huge amount
