My kitty boy Chunx was meowing at my backdoor this morning. He never does that! I feel guilty that I couldn’t get to him at the time.

cat people: I have hand warmers, a plastic tote and old towels. Could I put out a mini bed with heat for him to lay in? Any obvious safety issues?
