Chunks is a neighbor’s outdoor cat. Idk who actually owns him. Sometimes he will have a sweater on. Today was 45°F, uncomfortable but not extreme cold. We have a rule not to let him in our house because he belongs to someone but he has never meowed to be let in ☹️
