I'm not sure. There are various swales / raingardens in the works around the city. I believe St. George is the only one re-purposing a road lane.

Next time you’re in the neighbourhood, check it out. It’s been under way for about a year. Seems deeply under street level, but no plantings yet. Definitely not traditional boulevard/median.
