Yes it does make a difference. If you are prepared to be honest about difficult questions where you may not be seen in the best light we may have a breakthrough! This is so like the debate with the Tobacco Industry!

There is no way of burning wood in a metal cube with a stench pipe and claiming they are clean or eco or clear or anything like that. The fact that they do, makes me feel like they are deliberately misleading the public. If a neighbor is polluted by one they should be able to block the pipe

We want to understand why you think 250µg/m³ PM in our bedrooms is OK. If you agree its bad, why aren't you asking DEFRA to sort out the loopholes that allow this to happen. Would consider if you also invite your mates from Defra, otherwise there’s not much in it for us. If you could explain your position on emissions per user on here (about the same as 4 average HGV exhausts according to NAEI), we may be more willing to accept that your invitations are in good faith.

Unless you can get the PM, CO, PAH, etc emissions down to similar levels as gas boilers you should not be marketing in residential areas. We all want a “Back to the Future” scenario where you chuck any old rubbish in and it produces clean, unlimited energy, but you are a long way from that!
