I stopped to pet the most beautiful dog today. She was friendly, calm, sweet, with startlingly blue eyes.
Her owner was so grateful. "Thank you for showing my dog some love. You're awesome." She said that other people walked around her, ignored her, were scared of her.
She was a pit bull mix. 😢
