Fine them hourly. All citizens, federal workers that incurred any financial loss should be paid by these Congressman from their personal accounts.

I get the reasoning that if they won't do their job of governing, why should they get paid. But you're spot on, Hal, that it would hurt the members who actually depend on their salary the most, i.e. the members who know what it's like to BE middle class. They are not the ones supporting a shutdown.
