Nice! Our first foray into Scottish mountains was the Cairngorms in early 90s. Have a real soft spot for the place. First trip we had a GPS used for sailing borrowed off a friend. Weighed a ton. Got a bit lost on Braeriach in a white out and was worth every effort to carry it :-)

A playground of my youth that I too miss, every time I see wonderful pictures like this. Twisting Gully and Broad Gully were love at first sight. And I remember a cold night in a snow hole in the late 1970s: joy with added icicles.
