Krafts, like most fans who understand what was at stake today, were pissed to do this so quickly. Know- the-assignment. If you have to hand it off 40 times and punt to protect the players from themselves, Do it! Especially once Buffalo made clear they wanted you to win with choices they made.

I think the biggest problem is that having had Brady for 20 years, the Krafts had come to believe that the normal rules of football like having a good roster, good coaches, doing coach searches, and doing smart FA sign ups don't apply to their team. Brady had compensated for all those deficiencies
