McConnell doesn't get to rehab himself. He's a confederate fuck who's relentless campaign against a black man being President resulted in a stacked SCOTUS, the overturning of Roe and ultimately Trump's presidency. Every single reduction in American civil rights is at his feet.

I have a feeling McConnell voted no because he knew there were enough votes to get it through. He is loyal only to the republican party. He hates Trump, but if he can get away with voting against Trump and still giving republicans the W he'll do it. Still a spineess ghoul either way
