Today I made another herbal vinegar with herbs from the #garden. 🌱

This one has sweet mint, lemon verbena, and lemon peel with Champagne vinegar.

I think this would be good mixed with honey and drizzled over a summery fruit salad. I might try it with an arugula shrimp salad, too.
