You mentioned it barely, but skipped the reason i never use the subs feed: It's unusable. There's many reasons to sub, and many of my subs post a billion videos I dont want to watch, so guess what my feed has: a billion videos i dont want to watch. Collapsing or exluding channels would indeed help
