I ‘parted ways’ with Trudeau on his weak position on Gaza. Nothing sunny about genocide.
But let’s admit it. Many otherwise bright people, progressives, went along with PP in the digital stoning of Trudeau, not on policy but on a tide of emotion, showing how susceptible to manipulation too many are.

Their issue is they REALLY believed X was reality & became over confident, they thought Canada was just going to roll them into govt without looking at the past 3 yrs. I’d say 60% of Canadians pay no attention to politics until a election. They weren’t ready for reality because they were not in it.
