Kansas, Missouri, and Idaho are arguing that the 50 state abortion pill mailing network is causing sovereign injury to the state. That injury is reduction in federal funding and potential representatives in Congress.

Missouri’s argument is effectively dead post election. The citizens chose by a clear margin to modify the state constitution to prohibit interference. It’ll take a bit of time to work through the courts but MO has lost standing for this case.
one way to maintain pregnant teens is to remove teens from their parents for dubious reasons and then exert parental control over those kids meaning controlling their access to repro health care including abortion and contraception.
They want a lot of pregnant bodies in red state, people.
This is bound to increase the poverty rate there. We all know they only care about the pregnancy and not what mom and child need after birth. I'm really concerned about maternal and infant mortality with forcing these young girls to give birth. It's just so cruel
I don't understand why they are so gung ho about births, when they're going to kill hundreds of thousands of people with the policies they're about to implement.
Also beyond that inhumane treatment there’s also the fact they need a “domestic supply” of infants for adoption. Teens already in the system are more likely to have baby taken away or die in childbirth. Horrible

sounds crass but that's literally it
The same callousness as with work conditions and public health.
