Why couldn't DT push/ask Congress to make denaturalization a punishment of violating immigration laws? (1) Citizen by birth, (2) punishment for violating a law, (3) denaturalization. (2) gets thrown to the Court on 8th Amdt. Clarence seems to signal this when he cites Trop v. Dulles in 8a cases.

I can see how the average Fox viewer could see individuals from multiple nations crossing the border (or overstaying visas) as "invaders". The SC would need to do some serious logical contortions to argue that they are or could be defined as such under the law. Wouldn't they?
