Spend painful half-hour confirming ID to vote in @liberalca.bsky.social leadership race only to find out registration to vote never went through and the window has closed. Sheesh

Deadline to register as a Lib supporter is past, but deadline to verify your ID is March 7. However we’re out of the country till March 8, my wife is registered & wants to vote but Identity+ app won’t verify unless you’re near your home address. Been waiting for response from Assistance email.
Ugh, I validated my ID but because I moved a couple years back and apparently bc services is USELESS my registration didn't take due to mismatched addresses. Super annoying. [email protected] hasn't answered two emails over a week.
