I know this sounds far fetched, but there is potential for bipartisan work on things like PBMs and Medicare advantage. Our current news cycle is showing us that these mega healthcare corporations have a roughly 0% approval rating. Everybody is pissed off at (mostly) the same things.

He’d be certain to get more lobbying cash that way, and some good could happen, in the meantime….
The health care teams tend to take the brunt of the abuse as the populace is usually unaware that these insurance companies hire doctors, psychologists, counselors, etc.. as a weapon against other doctors.
1) Payment decisions are medical decisions and subject to malpractice suits and loss of licensure
2) We need monetary penalties for failure to pay valid claims comparable for those for submitting fraudulent claims.
Bipartisanship with people who didn't actually want to govern and who just want to strip the government for parts *IS NOT GOOD.*
