if I need to, I hand blend exposures for dynamic range. I do use regular NDs for longer exposures sometimes.

Hi there. I use a Nikon D850 at present with Nikon lenses. I’ll upgrade to a mirrorless when finances permit. But at the moment the D850 has great resolution and image quality. It’s just a heavy beast.
I rarely use graduated NDs these days because the dynamic range of the D850 is so good.

Thank you Armand! That forest was an amazing place to be. It was part of a shoot for conservation, on land owned by the Tasmanian Land Conservancy who have bought it to protect it. I shoot for them sometimes to provide images for education and promotion of conservation.
