Ok I need help from the Bluesky #Bonsai community with these little guys 🌱

My daughter got one of these « bonsai kit » (just Picea abies seeds and some cheap coco substrate really)

Usually they quickly melt after reaching this stage. When should I repot them/put them outside ? In what substrate ?
