Making miso soup for the snow day and I have never cooked with tofu before and while I'm pretty certain you just gotta press it with paper towels I'm still googling it before I do something foolish

Thank you every person who posted about everything you can do with rice and tofu on tumblr back in the day. As someone never allowed to touch the kitchen even as an adult when I was living with family you are the reason I understand cooking at all now.
