Neir: Automata is the RPG I was forgetting the name of. Also Playne for mobile is now fully funded on Kickstarter! It's a meditation game.

Would really recommend Automata! The first game, Nier:Replicant, is also quite great and explains a lot of what happens there - (personaly I much prefer the cast of Replicant, but they're both great!)
