Years ago when my cousin was a teenager, two of her classmates were killed at the Oak Street curve. Driver of car they were in was drunk, speeding. I’ve seen many close calls, including a driver in front of me doing a 180 in the rain. Yet STILL so little warning/calming at Oak St. and Hollywood.
