Final makgeolli yield, small bottle we left as-is, larger bottle we slightly sweetened and diluted. As of right now it's a bit on the sour side but totally drinkable. Curious to see if it will mellow at all with time too. Overall really fun project @shrimpvacuum.bsky.social
