Over the past 4 years—though there was an uptick under Biden compared to under Trump—new urban rail line openings were only about half the level as between 2001 and 2005.
—Atlanta's Summerhill bus rapid transit (BRT) line, plus bus improvements on Cleveland Ave & Metropolitan Pkwy.
—Austin's bus transit improvements on its Expo Center & Pleasant Valley Lines.
