Keep in mind, Stephen Miller’s non-profit America First Legal, which is based in DC, filed a dozen lawsuits against the Biden Administration in the Northern District of Texas just so they could get a MAGA judge who would issue a nationwide injunction.

If only there were a hierarchical arrangement with one court given supervisory authority over the other courts that could deal with this problem.
