My wonderful nurse practitioner gave me xanax the day after - I requested she only write the scrip for 5 - I have 2 left and will likely throw them away eventually. But hedging my bets at the moment. I am thinking of you as well, and sending love light and strength. We hunker down in love.

We DO. I am very very careful with my own xanax--one or two, then I let weeks go by (I use it to cut short slides into low mood).
