Have the Bears even satisfied the Rooney Rule yet? They couldn’t hire anyone even if they wanted to. What have they been doing for the last 6 weeks? What was the point of firing Flus if they weren’t gonna use that time to “get ahead” of the rest of the league? They’re gonna f this up…again.

Didn’t think so but I know they changed some of the rules recently. Plus you’d figure the candidate wouldn’t want it to be a distraction while still coaching during playoffs.
